Your First Month includes 3 One on One Lessons and Unlimited Practice - At your first lesson (one on one), we lay the foundation and create your initial custom practice. This is the workout that you will practice independently 2-4 times before your next one on one where we will update your workout based on what progress you have made. Repeat that for each lesson to build a solid technique foundation, including body awareness, increase your strength, and make the first strides towards your goals. After your first month, unlimited practice for $199/mo. Plans autobill and renew monthly, require 15 days notice to cancel, and we recommend committing to 3 months, approximately 30 workouts to experience felt and seen results.
